What’s your return policy?
Flowers are an ephemeral product which depend on daily care to last, so we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, if you are unsatisfied in any way with your order, please contact us immediately and we will try to make it right for you!
How do I make the flowers last the longest?
We pride ourselves in delivering the freshest cut flowers available, just-picked from the farm, so these will last longer than any store-bought flowers flown from South America. However, there are still ways to extend their beauty! Fresh-cut flowers love a cool, bright location with fresh water every single day and no leaves below the water line. For your convenience, we remove leaves below the water line for delivery, but you should promptly remove any more if your vase has a higher water line or if you’d like to fill your vase higher. Different flower types fade at different rates, so remove any spent flowers/stems each day and trim any yucky stems when changing the water in your vase. If you want them to last even longer, place the bouquet in the refrigerator overnight! Or, if you’re like Heather, you can just plop them in a vase and leave them and watch as the bouquet changes each day.
